Alors voilà : le Bitcoin qui faisait peur aux banques devient le nouveau garant pour un prêt immobilier ? C’est pas une blague du 1er avril, c’est la FHFA qui se penche sérieusement là-dessus. Imaginez : vous avez 50k€ en BTC, et hop, vous financez votre maison sans liquider !

C’est comme si votre baguette de pain pouvait devenir un actif financier… sans que personne ne comprenne pourquoi ça marche.
