Quand les Crypto Rencontrent Wall Street
Il y a trois ans, si vous m’aviez dit que les investisseurs traditionnels chercheraient une exposition aux cryptos via des actions Nasdaq plutôt que des portefeuilles Coinbase, j’aurais ri. Pourtant, en 2025, des actions comme CRCL et MSTR sont devenues des proxies pour la folie des actifs numériques.
Le Géant des Stablecoins : Circle (CRCL)
La hausse de 600% post-IPO de Circle ne s’explique pas seulement par la dominance de l’USDC. C’est un pari sur le remplacement de SWIFT par les stablecoins avant que votre grand-mère ne sache prononcer ‘blockchain’. Avec des régulateurs enfin clairs (voir : GENIUS Act), les institutions investissent massivement dans ce qu’elles considèrent comme le PayPal du Web3.

Les 50 000 BTC de Michael Saylor ont transformé sa société en substitut préféré d’ETF Bitcoin sur Wall Street. Le plus fou ? Les actions MSTR se négocient avec une prime de 30% par rapport à la valeur sous-jacente du BTC.
